Springboard has had several strategic partnerships over the years which strengthen the company’s capability to advise global companies on cultural competence and inclusive leadership.

Springboard's current partnership is with Australia-based Corporate Culcha, a majority Indigenous-owned firm located in Coolangatta, Queensland. Corporate Culcha is engaged in Indigenous workforce training and leadership development for major corporate and governmental clients. Springboard signed a joint venture agreement in August 2011, after being introduced to Corporate Culcha by the Australian Indigenous Minority Supplier Council (AIMSC) and U.S.-based Minority Business Development Agency National Director, David Hinson. Corporate Culcha was a winner of the AIMSC 2010 Minority Supplier of the Year award.

In July 2011, Springboard traveled to Sydney, Melbourne and the Gold Coast to work with Corporate Culcha and meet with their current clients on joint business opportunities.  Springboard was also part of the Qantas delegation to the 2011 Garma Festival—the most influential aboriginal cultural festival in Australia—in the Northern Territory, Australia.  Currently, Springboard and Corporate Culcha have submitted proposals to a major University in Australia for cultural competence training of faculty and administrators, and to one of the largest banks in the Australia and Asia region for a web-based diversity and inclusion program.
