Dedicated to inclusive leadership, Pamela launched Springboard – Partners in Cross Cultural Leadership where she has been President since 2003, after 22 years as an investment banker on Wall Street. In 2014, Pamela co-founded The Everest Project, a not for profit research initiative focused on the challenges and facilitators of women leading change and innovation. Sponsored by Time Warner and Walmart, Everest issued in 2016 a report entitled, The Eve of Change: Women Redefining Corporate America, which Pamela co-authored. She has conducted several other research studies on inclusion and women’s leadership. Pamela’s recent consulting and speaking engagements include: Moody’s Investors Service, MetLife, Amgen, Out Leadership, Mercer When Women Thrive Conference, Business Insurance Absolute Inclusion Conference, and the Essence Festival Women’s Empowerment Experience.
Lisa is an Organizational Development consultant with over 30 years of business experience. Prior to her affiliation with Springboard, Lisa was a Human Resources Executive at JP Morgan Chase where she held leadership roles in all areas of individual and organizational development including diversity and inclusion, talent and performance management, corporate leadership, change management, work life, career management and training. As a diversity executive she worked with leadership teams, managers, diversity councils and business resource groups to leverage diversity, inclusion and women’s leadership as an integral component of their business strategies. Lisa was a Senior Researcher and Co-Author of The Eve of Change: Women Redefining Corporate America, a 2016 study that explores how successful senior women across affinity groups drive transformational change.
