About Lisa

Lisa is a Principal Consultant at Springboard – Partners in Cross Cultural Leadership, LLC, an executive and organizational leadership consulting firm that conducts research and assessments on inclusive leadership and provides consulting, training and executive coaching to organizations in the corporate and non-profit sectors.  Lisa is also Founder and President of LF Consulting, LLC., an organizational development consulting firm focused on helping organizations achieve maximum business results through the development of individuals, managers, executives and teams.  

With over 30 years of experience in human resources, diversityand leadership, Lisa retired from where she held leadership roles in all areas of individual and organizational development.  As a Development Executive and Senior Human Resources Business Partner, she served as a trusted advisor partnering with senior executives, managers and employees at all levels to drive business strategy through the development and retention of their people.     As a Diversity Executive she worked with leadership teams, managers, diversity councils and business resource groups to leverage diversity, inclusion and women’s leadership as an integral component of their business strategies.  Lisa was instrumental in establishing the first diversity, inclusion and work life strategy for JPMorgan Chase, which received awards from Catalyst in 2001 and was recognized as one of the top 10 companies for working mothers in 2003 and 2006.  Lisa was a pioneer in the area of work –life balance, serving as the firm’s first job share arrangement and helped position workplace flexibility as a key business strategy to drive retention.  Lisa also established the first internal change management consulting practice at JPMorgan Chase, working with executives on transformational business change.   

Lisa is a Senior Researcher and Co-Author of The Eve of Change: Women Redefining Corporate America, a 2016 study sponsored by Time Warner and Walmart that identifies key strategies that senior women across affinity groups use to lead transformational change in their organizations.

Lisa serves on the National Advisory Board for Sharsheret, an organization that provides support services to women impacted by breast cancer.  For the last 10 years she has led a team at the Susan B. Komen Walk for a Cure Breast Cancer Walk at Jones Beach, raising over $10,000 for breast cancer research annually.  She is a Co-Founder of the Merrick Jewish Center Career Center, established in 2009 to assist members impacted by the economic downturn in developing job search skills.  Lisa has a degree in Business Administration from State University of New York at Buffalo and received her MBA from St. Johns University, with high honors. She also holds a certificate in Advanced Organizational Development from Columbia University.
