Pamela brings a rare combination of Wall Street rigor and human capital expertise to organizational leadership consulting. After 22 years as an investment banker and equity research leader at Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan Chase, she founded Springboard in 2003. Pamela joined Morgan Stanley in 1982, rising to Co-Director of U.S. and Latin America Equity Research. At JPMorgan Chase she served as Director of U.S. Equity Research for Chase Asset Management (1996–1999) before retiring as Managing Director of U.S. Equity Research in 2003. During her tenure she served on JPMorgan Chase's Global Diversity Council, chaired by CEO William Harrison.
