Springboard consulted with the CEO and senior executives on increasing the representation of women at the most senior levels of the organization. Through one-on-one interviews of the top executives, focus groups of other senior leaders and our proprietary assessment process, Springboard identified the specific factors in the company’s culture that both positively and negatively impact the promotion and retention of talented women in the organization. Springboard then customized specific programs and executive coaching for individuals and teams to expand their leadership capabilities directed at the retention and promotion of women executives.

Springboard designed a highly customized approach to identifying the drivers of success in this highly successful organization. Specifically, the subsidiary (a joint venture of two companies which then acquired several trading teams from other companies) was concerned about its ability to coalesce around a single corporate culture of success.  Through one-on-one interviews of the CEO, Co-Presidents and all of the Managing Directors, Springboard expanded the mission and vision statements to include a broader set of leadership and organizational culture statements for the team to use in managing the growth of the business.
