Seminars and Workshops

Springboard develops customized curriculum for leadership workshops and seminars for teams as well as larger audiences. The specific curriculum recommendations are often a result of Springboard’s culture assessment work with the client. Springboard combines our core research and knowledge base (both academic and field work) with the client’s day-to-day business issues. Employees are able to bring their work situations into clear focus by using business case studies developed from the organization’s actual experiences and challenges. This situational learning ensures that relevant insights are brought back and immediately applied for lasting impact.  Key components of Springboard’s leadership curriculum include cultural competence, conflict & negotiation and feedback & coachability.
