February, 2004 — On October 9, 2003, Spelman College launched its Center for Leadership and Civic Engagement (Spelman LEADS). Founding co-directors, Pamela Carlton and Kimberly Davis were instrumental in creating LEADS, a research institute for women of color dedicated to leadership development, economic empowerment, advocacy, dialogue and service learning.

Springboard Leadership Deepens Ethical Leadership and Diversity Coaching Expertise with Addition of Seasoned Executive
