Andrea G. Eisenberg, Consultant
Building and nurturing trusted relationships is a hallmark of Andrea’s approach in working with clients and colleagues. A thoughtful, practical and well-networked consultant, Andrea has over 16 years experience advising and coaching clients in a wide variety of industries and functions. As the former Regional Managing Principal for Right Management, Andrea developed high-performing teams of dedicated client relationship managers across eleven offices in the Northeast, and she was a primary catalyst in growing the New York office through her management of key acquisitions and talent. Andrea has dedicated her career to:
- promoting diversity initiatives among her colleagues and clients;
- coaching individuals and teams to achieve peak performance; and
- working closely with client organizations to help them find creative and workable solutions to fit their own unique needs.
Known for her insights regarding workplace trends and issue-spotting, Andrea is a frequent media contact and is often quoted in books, articles and the press. She has been active on several non-profit advisory boards and is a member of the Belizean Grove and the National Council for Research on Women (NCRW) where she has been a part of the NCRW Corporate Circle. Andrea is active in two organizations focusing on LGBT issues, Out and Equal and the Empire State Pride Agenda.
Andrea holds a BA degree in Sociology from Boston University and a JD degree from Suffolk University Law School.
